  Comments from the Public for any Items not on the Agenda: Persons wishing to address the Board on any item except personnel are invited to do so.  In the interest of time and order, presentations from the public are limited to 3 minutes per person, per topic.  (Limit of 20 minutes per topic).

  Trustees will discuss the governance team processes.  Topics for discussion will include:

1. Opening - Review Outcomes and Agenda
2. Meeting and Communications Norms
3. Identify Areas for Improvement  
4. Discussion and Agreement on Governance Flow of Communication and How Meetings Will Be Run
5. Review Goals & Recommit to Key Priorities for Remainder of School Year
5.  Agenda Setting   
6.  Adjournment

Members of the audience wishing to address the Board are requested to complete the blue form available on the table at the entrance and turn it into the Secretary prior to the opening of the meeting. If you are addressing the Board of Education on a non-agenda item, please be aware that the provisions of the Brown Act prohibit the Board from acting or discussing such matters at this meeting. The Board has adopted policy whereby any such items will be referred to staff for a decision with regard to placing it on a future agenda for discussion, action, or a report. Board Meetings are accessible to people with disabilities.
