Comments from the Public for any Items Not on or on the Agenda: Persons wishing to address the Board on any item except personnel are invited to do so. In the interest of time and order, presentations from the public are limited to 3 minutes per person, per topic. (Limit of 20 minutes per topic).

Members of the audience wishing to address the Board are requested to complete the blue form available on the table at the
entrance and turn it into the Secretary prior to the opening of the meeting.
If you are addressing the Board of Education on a non-agenda item, please be aware that the provisions of the Brown Act
prohibit the Board from acting or discussion such matters at this meeting. The Board has adopted policy whereby any such
items will be referred to staff for a decision with regard to placing it on a future agenda for discussion, action, or a report.
Board Meetings are accessible to people with disabilities. Individuals who need special assistance or a disability-related
modification or accommodation (including auxiliary aids or services) to participate in this meeting, or have a disability and
wish to request an alternative format for the agenda, meeting notice, agenda packet or other writings that may be
